The Public Works Department maintains 778 signs within the Municipality, this includes street signs, stop signs, street name signs, and road signs, located on a Township owned road.

Any signs located on a County road are maintained by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.

Any signs located on the Provincial highway are maintained by the Ministry of Transportation.

Should you notice a sign missing or damaged, please notify Public Works and it will be taken care of as soon as possible.

All signs on private roads are the responsibility of the landowners, with the exception of private road signs that are located on a Municipal, County or Provincial roadways, in which case, they are the responsibility of the respective entities as noted above.

The Township is responsible for maintenance of approximately 196 streetlights. If a streetlight fails, please report it to the Public Works Department.
