The Village of Merrickville-Wolford recognizes the valuable contributions made by community organizations, volunteer groups, and individuals to improve the community and the quality of life for residents and visitors.

The Community Grants Program provides limited financial support, in the form of a grant, user fee reduction or in-kind services (ie. a “grant”) to community organizations for projects or events that benefit and contribute toward the quality of life of local residents.

The Community Grant Policy indicates what the grant program is not intended to provide funding for and the full application process. 

Council is responsible for reviewing and approving Community Grant applications.

The intake for the 2025 Community Grants Program has now closed. Thank you to all those that applied for this year's Community Grant Program.

The allocations of grants will be considered and decided by Council at an upcoming meeting.
