To help keep Merrickville-Wolford safe and clean, the Municipality encourages residents to report concerns so that they may be addressed.
If you have a concern, please either complete the online form below or submit a manual complaint form included on the right-hand side of the webpage. Your request will be directed to the appropriate staff member for action or response. Regular business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Please Note: Some written complaints may be resolved by staff through the general complaint-handling process, while others may need to be handled through the By-law Enforcement Process if it is a specific by-law complaint.
To ensure that concerns are being received and directed to the appropriate municipal department and/or staff, please be sure that the type of concern is correctly chosen from the drop-down menu within the online form submission or is clearly marked on the manual form. This will greatly assist staff in delegating the complaint to be resolved in an efficient manner.
