From November 15th to April 15th, overnight parking is not permitted on any of the streets between 1:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. as per the Village’s Parking By-law. This allows our snowplow operators full access to streets throughout the Village in the early morning hours so that they can be cleared for the day when there has been a snowfall.
A friendly reminder that all basketball nets, hockey nets or anything similar must be kept off the roadway and sidewalks as well during these times. The Village snowplow operators appreciate the use of sporting equipment, but do not want anything damaged as they do their best to clear the roads! Please also refrain from placing garbage and recycling on roadways and sidewalks while snow operations are in progress.
