- Council received a delegation from Merrickville Legion Branch 245 regarding the Veteran Memorial Banner Project.
- The redline discussion draft of the new Zoning By-law was provided for information. A public meeting & open house for public consultation will be scheduled in early 2025.
- Council received an update report on the uncommitted reserve capacity calculations for information.
- A Planning memo report was provided on Additional Residential Units.
- By-laws 70-2024 & 71-2024 were approved to officially appoint a Public Works Manager & a Fire Chief/By-law Enforcement Officer/CEMC.
- Procedure By-law 72-2024 was approved. It will be effective as of January 1, 2025.
- Code of Conduct By-law 73-2024 was approved. It will be effective as of January 1, 2025.
- Personnel Policy By-law 75-2024 was approved. It will be effective as of January 1, 2025.
- Records Management By-law 74-2024 was approved.
- Council approved the removal of culvert entrance installation from the Public Works fee schedule.
- A year-end by-law summary report was provided. Updates and review of by-laws will continue in 2025.
- The recommendations in HPAC Reports 2024-02 & 2024-04 were approved. The recommendation for HPAC Report 2024-03 was defeated.
- The notice of intention to designate McGuigan Cemetery as heritage designation was not supported and will be withdrawn.
- The speed limit change request letter was approved. Staff was directed to send a resolution of support to the United Counties for final consideration & approval.
- Resolutions of support were approved to be circulated regarding sustainable infrastructure funding and public sector salary disclosure.
- The motion brought forth by Mayor Cameron regarding rebuilding and expanding existing water, wastewater & stormwater infrastructure within the urban area of the Village proper was approved with minor amendments.

Council will be reviewing the 2025 Budget for the 3rd time on December 10th at 3:30 p.m.
