As we celebrate 60 years of Canada’s flag, Dr. Stanley, Professor Emeritus of Canadian History, will share its long road to adoption and her personal connection to its final design. She’ll also discuss a pivotal 1964 memo that shaped the debate between PM Pearson, John Diefenbaker, and MP John Matheson.
