Any individual who wishes to appear before Council at a meeting may request to do so by notifying the Clerk’s Office.
Delegations must register with the Clerk by 4:30 p.m. on the Monday preceding a Council meeting, this being seven (7) days prior to the meeting. They shall provide to the Clerk the completed prescribed form in writing by either submitting in-person, by email to clerk@merrickville-wolford.ca , or by filling out the electronic form below. The reason and purpose for the delegation must be clearly noted on the form, if they are representing any organization, the name of the agency or other such body.
Each delegation is allowed up to a maximum of two spokespersons and shall appear at either Council or Committee of the Whole.
Please note that all correspondence submitted will form part of the public record and will be published when the matter is before Council or Committee of the Whole.
