Moved By: J. Carroll     Seconded By: R. Rainer
That Council direct staff to move forward with the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment process for the replacement of Andrewsville Bridge; and
That staff directed to bring forward information at the subsequent meeting; and
That this motion be contingent on the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville's agreement to pay 50% of all costs associated with the replacement activities.

This fall, EarlyON is offering a free, virtual workshop for parents and caregivers to help them better understand anxiety and stress in young children. Kids Have Stress Too! is a 3-part weekly workshop that will teach strategies for identifying signs of stress in children, as well as promoting healthy social-emotional development and stress management strategies for children from an early age.

Sessions will take place November 16, 23, and 30 from 6:30pm-7:30pm on our Microsoft Teams platform. Participants will be sent a link for joining the weekly sessions before it begins, and should be able to join on a web browser without downloading Microsoft Teams to their device.
